Women?s Basketball League
Calling all women! Sign up now for Seattle Parks and Recreation?s finest Women?s Recreational Basketball League. This competitive quality league offers women an opportunity to showcase their skills, sportsmanship and passion for the game. There are eight games guaranteed. League play begins September 3. Thursdays are ladies? nights at Jefferson Community Center, 3801 Beacon Ave. S. Women with a competitive spirit and love for the game can play in a structured recreational basketball league. Games are from 6:15 ? 9:15 p.m. at Jefferson Community Center or Mercer Middle School, 1600 S Columbian Way on Beacon Hill. League play begins on September 13. Co-ed Volleyball League
This recreation level league is for players who are looking to enjoy volleyball without an
intimidating atmosphere or attitude. The league consists of three women minimum and
three men maximum; double elimination play gives players an opportunity to play volleyball in a fun and controlled environment in our spacious indoor facilities. Games are from 6 ? 9 p.m. at Miller Community Center, 330 19th Ave. E. League play begins Sept 17.

Adult players and teams can now enjoy a Summer/Fall Co-ed Softball League on either Tuesday or Thursday nights at Lower Woodland Playfield #3. There are nine games total. The top two teams with the best record will receive trophies and the 1st place team will receive t-shirts and bragging rights. Games start at 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m. or 9 p.m. from August 14 ? October 11. Grab your friends, family members and neighbors. Have fun while working out. Games are played on Thursdays at 6:30pm, 7:15pm and 8pm at the South Park Community Center, 8319 8th Ave. S.
