This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager.? On a daily basis,?the assistant manager performs the tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services. Responsibilities: - Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Lease preparation
- Assist Property Manager in the community renewarl and marketing efforts
- Assist with resident and employee relations
- Inspect models and vacant units daily to ensure readiness

Requirements: Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and computer AMSI property software experience a plus Enthusiasm and ability to multi-task Strong customer service orientation
