Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time was quite simply one of the greatest games ever made for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It?s odd that a title based on a cartoon show can actually be considered ? very few movie or TV-based games actually make the cut. Nevertheless, Konami did a great job of bringing the Turtles to life in 16-bit form.
